Exhibitor Manual & Deadlines for Coex Food Week 2024

Thank you for confirming your participation in Coex Food Week & World FoodTech Expo. 

 

To help you prepare for the event, please review the following materials:

  • Exhibitor's Manual (Deadline checklist, exhibit move-in & move-out schedule, main contractor list, etc.)
  • Booth Manual (Shell Scheme & Premium) * Please be aware that the booth design is subject to change, but the specifications will remain the same
  • Utility Application Form (Electricity, LAN, etc.)
  • Furniture List and Order Form Please order directly and arrange payment with the rental company, ERAE RENTAL
  • Exhibitor FAQ (WIFI, furniture rental, hotel, etc.)
  • Online Directory Manual (to be sent in September)

 

We kindly ask you to review the attachments carefully and take note of the deadlines provided below:

 

1. (Optional) 1:1 Biz-Matching ProgramMarketing Stage Session – Deadline: September 13

2. (Required) Exhibitor Badge, Company Name Fascia Board – Deadline: October 3

For those requiring additional utilities (e.g., electricity, internet), please complete the attached 'Application for Utility Service (Form 4)' and return it via email.

For Space Only Booths, 'Space Only Booth Construction(Form 3)' should also be submitted.

 

3. (Required) Balance Payment – Deadline: October 18

After submitting the 'Utility Application Form' by October 3, you will receive an invoice from the secretariat, including the utility fees and the remaining balance for your booth. 

Please ensure that the balance is paid by October 18.
