- Download the application form & send it via email to Coex Food Week Secretariat

- Send Down Payment
- Send down payment (50%) within 1 week of application submission

- Submit Utilities & Biz-Matching Application Form
- If the exhibitor requires any utilities such as electricity, telephone lines, water, or compressed air, please submit the Utility Service Application Form
- Exhibitors who would like to have business meetings with local/overseas buyers, please email Biz-Matching Form

- Send Final Payment
- Send Balance (50%) + Utility Fees within 1 month of application submission
- Utility services will not be provided without complement payment
